I've definitely thought these things when pondering why relationships fall apart, only for the people to fall into the same patterns (or worse) with somebody else. . . A former boss once told me, "I could have married the first person." I found it interesting because what is a relationship anyway if it's so dependent on timing, or personality, or our own growth? . . I think that's the question that the twin soul journey answers. . . Being honest about your triggers (rather than the default of projecting them) is an act of bravery because it requires vulnerability and a choice to go deeper into love. . . Also, FYI the ascension journey is not a dick-measuring contest. 😄 Don't let anyone draw you into that holier-than-thou, "no you're the triggered one!" shit. 😏 . . It's okay to get triggered because you can choose to heal your triggers. You heal for yourself, because you love yourself and want to go deeper into loving yourself. And because you choose to feel peace now. 💕🥰💗
